Refund and Cancellation

Cancellation 

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours through the ‘My Order’ section or by
contacting us at support@lamia.com. Lamia reserves the right to cancel any order without prior notification and may verify orders before shipping.

Refunds

For prepaid orders, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Cash
on Delivery orders require bank details/UPI ID for refunds. Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 3 business days, while returns are refunded after the product is received and inspected.

Partial Returns

Partial returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to product eligibility.

Size Exchange

Requests for size exchange can be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
Our team will assist you in size exchanges or offer return options if the desired size is unavailable.
